- 1.1 All quotations are valid for 30 days from the issue date, unless otherwise stated.
- 1.2 Prices are based on the information provided at the time of quotation. Changes in scope, materials, or access may result in additional charges.
- 1.3 Written acceptance of a quotation (including by email, text, online booking or deposit payment) constitutes a binding contract under these Terms.
2. Deposits and Payments
- 2.1 A deposit of £100 is required to confirm bookings where stated on the quote/invoice.
- 2.2 Work will not commence, and materials will not be ordered, until the deposit has been received (where applicable).
- 2.3 All remaining balances are due immediately upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- 2.4 Late payment: where the customer is a business customer, we may charge statutory interest and compensation on overdue invoices where applicable.
- 2.5 Full payment must be received before any warranties, certificates, or compliance documents are issued (where applicable).
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- 3.1 Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled work: any deposit is handled as stated on your quote/invoice.

- 4.1 The customer must ensure safe, reasonable access to the work area at the agreed time.
- 4.2 Delays caused by restricted access, obstructions, or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges.
- 4.3 The customer is responsible for protecting personal belongings. We are not liable for accidental damage to items left in the workspace unless caused by negligence.

7. Liability
- 7.1 We hold public liability insurance appropriate for our work.
- 7.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- 7.3 Our total liability under any contract is limited to the amount paid for the work, except where the law requires otherwise.
